I. Delivery Time and Scope
Processing time
All orders will be dispatched from the Czech warehouse within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (customized products may be extended).
In case of holidays or promotion periods, the event may be delayed. We will notify you by email.
Distribution area
It currently covers major European countries (the European Union + Switzerland/Norway), and will gradually expand in the future.
Remote areas (such as islands) may incur additional freight charges, which will be automatically calculated on the settlement page.
Ii. Logistics and Tracking
Carrier: Czech Post (Czeska Poshta) or DHL International Express, automatically matched according to the order weight.
Tracking information: Within 48 hours after shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be checked in real time on the official website.
Customs and Taxes: Duty-free for orders within the EU. For non-EU countries, the recipient shall bear the import duties (the platform does not collect them in advance).
Iii. Delay and Loss Handling
Suggestion for delay
If the order is not dispatched within 30 days, please contact us by email for priority handling or cancellation.
The package is lost.
Logistics shows “Delivered” but not received: Please contact your local post office first. We will assist in the investigation.
After confirmation of loss, free re-delivery or refund will be provided (proof from the logistics company is required).
Iv. Return and Exchange Instructions
Applicable conditions: Only unused and well-packaged goods are accepted (except for foods such as coffee beans).
Process: Apply for the return authorization code by email within 7 days. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. (The return address within the Czech Republic will be provided along with the authorization code.)
V. Other Matters needing Attention
Address accuracy: If a return is caused by an incorrect address, the shipping fee will be charged for re-shipment.
Eco-friendly packaging: We use degradable fillers. Slight squeezing during transportation is a normal phenomenon and does not affect usage.
