We are committed to providing high-quality coffee equipment while ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the delivery process.

  1. Place of shipment and delivery time

Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the Czech Republic.

Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays in the Czech Republic).

Note: The peak period for customized products or promotions may be extended. We will notify you by email.

  1. Delivery range and cost

✅ Supported regions: most countries around the world (some regions are subject to customs restrictions. Please consult before placing an order).

💰 freight calculation:

Automatically calculate based on destination and product weight (displayed in real time on the checkout page).

Within the Czech Republic: Fixed shipping fee [XX euros] or free shipping for orders over [XX euros].

  1. Logistics tracking and notification

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to the order email address).

It is recommended to use a third-party platform (such as 17Track) to check the status of the package in real time.

  1. Customs and Tax Information

International orders may incur import duties/value-added taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient.

It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays.

  1. Handling of abnormal situations

If you encounter any of the following problems, please contact serwindacy@coffeetablerus.com within 24 hours:

⚠️ logistics information has not been updated for more than 7 days

⚠️ The package shows signed for but not received (local logistics proof is required)

  1. User Responsibility

Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. Any return due to an incorrect address will require re-payment of the shipping fee.

Rejected packages will be refunded after deducting the round-trip shipping fees (calculated based on the actual payment amount).
