Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of applicationThis policy applies to all purchased coffee equipment, consumables and peripheral products (such as grinders, filters, coffee beans, etc.).
  2. Return and Refund Rules
    We currently do not support any form of return or refund, including but not limited to:
    Unopened or used goods (for hygiene and safety considerations);
    Customized products (such as engraving tools, special specification filter paper);
    Special offer items in promotional activities;
    Orders that change due to the customer’s personal preferences (such as color and flavor).
  3. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have quality problems or are damaged during transportation, please provide the following materials to the customer service email [serwindacy@coffeetablerus.com] within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
    Order number and purchase voucher;
    Clear photos/videos of product defects;
    Proof of damage to outer packaging (if applicable).
    We will verify and provide you with an exchange or points compensation (the specific plan is subject to the reply from our customer service).
  4. Cancel and modify orders
    You can contact customer service to try to cancel the order within one hour after payment (provided that it has not yet entered the packaging process).
    Orders that have been dispatched cannot have their addresses modified or cancelled.
  5. Disclaimer
    Please confirm the specifications, materials and usage instructions on the product detail page before placing an order.
    The responsibility for delivery failure caused by the customer filling in the wrong address shall be borne by the customer.
    Delivery delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters) are not regarded as a breach of contract.
